課程目標
 熟習各種專利分類的意義及檢索方法，討論不同的專利分析模式及專利在競爭情報上之功用。課程中教授特殊之個案研究。

二、 Patent search (USPTO、EPO、JPO and WIPO)
三、 Patent map practice and analysis
四、 Competitive intelligence
五、 Patent vs. other intellectual properties
六、 Case study 
課程要求
 無預修科目，成績評量以上課參與程度、作業報告內容、期中/期末考試之成績及報告/簡報內容為主。
分配比例：1. 上課參與程度(30%)
2. 作業報告內容(30%)
3. 期中/期末考試之成績及報告/簡報內容 (40%)
